From Needlework Club to Business Owners

Anna Mntwana and Jane Gqangiso first joined the Needlework Club in 2024, eager to learn new skills and create opportunities for themselves. What started as lessons in sewing soon grew into something much bigger. Using the skills they developed through the programme, the two women have now started their own business and are creating stunning garments and handmade items. Their journey is a powerful example of how empowerment and determination can open new doors, turning creativity into a source of pride and income.
