A Blessing in a Time of Need

Gloria Hungana and the Makaleni family attend the same church. One Sunday in July 2025, Mrs Makaleni came to church with nothing in her house to eat, yet she continued to trust God to provide for her family. Hoping for some assistance, she reached out to Gloria, who managed to gather some food to help them get through the day. Gloria then shared her story with the Halli Trust office, and we decided to provide additional support. When we visited the family and delivered a full grocery parcel, Mrs Makaleni was deeply touched. Tears of gratitude filled her eyes as she thanked Halli Trust for the blessing, expressing how much it meant to her and her family during a very challenging time.
